How I Get Fab Hair After a Workout

Balancing career and motherhood is hard enough. But, managing my hair is even harder, especially after exercising!  As a weather anchor, my hair game has got to be tight.  No excuses.  I've come up with a routine before and after my workout to keep my mane looking fab on-air.  Check it out!

  1. Hello Weather Anchor mama... My hair is Natural (not treated) so when i sweat when working out it goes all coarse :/.. what relaxer do you use?

    1. Really?? That sucks! I know how challenging that could be. I used to press my hair as a kid, so a little sweat or water would turn it into frizz. I use Mizani. I wish I could get away from the creamy crack, but I've been using it for many years now. I'm sure there's a way to work with your hair. I certainly wouldn't advocate getting a relaxer, if you don't have to.
