Dancing Christmas Pooch

Princess has an affection for animals.   She loves Grandma's dog, and has recently asked for one of her own.  But let's face it, that's not gonna happen.  Imagine that?!  I asked her if she'd rather a pup or a sibling and she shouted with a bright smile, "Dog!"

Taking care of a dog is like taking care of a child.  One child is enough for now.  Who knows?  When she's old enough to take care of one, maybe we'll change our minds.  For now, this is the closest it gets to us owning a pooch.  I'm kinda diggin' this Christmas dancing pooch.

    That's too cute. My parents asked my the same question way back when. I chose a sibling- more specifically an older sibling. I was quit disappointed when I found out it didn't work that way!

    She's so adorable! I bought a puppy when my daughter was 9. I agree with you, it is like another child. My daughter was ready and we all love our pup :)

    You are right. A dog is like a child. We have a dog and she is our third child for sure! She's totally jealous of the baby. We have one BUSY household! It's doable but if I could do it over, I would get the dog once our kids were older. We got the dog first. She was totally our practice child. :-)
