Yes, you have beautiful eyes. And that gorgeous smile!
ReplyDeleteBruce M.
I have to stick with department store lines as my skin is very sensitive and I have many allergies. Very few if any drugstore ones work for me.
ReplyDeleteTotally understand. Sephora has some pretty good stuff for peeps with allergies.
DeleteI go to the drugstore for mascara and eye liner but I have to be matched for other products like foundation and concealer. Plus I prefer Mac because you can try things out before you buy them and I know Im getting quality. I can always return something if it doesnt work out. I do need to get better though because I don't always have Mac money.
ReplyDeleteI loved the lashes. I've been eyeing lashes for a minute but I dont want to spend that much time doing makeup on a daily basis. I'll get better one day. Im still a little apprehensive about applying lashes too.
GORGEOUS!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job with the makeup. You do have pretty eyes. I like a combo of both drug store and department store makeup. For the past couple of years I have been a Makeup Forever girl. I used the drug store for mascara and cleansers only. However, this past summer I needed to change my foundation color and didn't need as much coverage from my normal foundation so I tried the Queen Collection from Covergirl. I used the liquid foundation as a sort of tinted moisturizer and it worked well. I mixed it with the same Black Opal concealer stick you used in the video but in another color.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Personal Trainer/Fitness Professional so I am constantly on the go. I have a little makeup bag with duplicates of my makeup at home since I am not gonna carry my entire makeup case to the gym everyday. This is when the drug store brands come in handy since they are much cheaper!
BTW,I love your blog! I am also a Black woman (with roots from Trinidad) who is married to a white man and I have a teenage son. It's nice to see other folks out there like me. Keep up the good work!
